Product details
Grapes harvested manually with a very careful selection. After manual harvesting, the grapes were carefully inspected and destemmed. An intense maceration was then carried out for the first 48 hours to extract all the good components of the skins, followed by fermentation in temperature-controlled mills. This was interrupted with the addition of brandy at the exact moment, followed by an aging process under careful conditions of minimal oxidation for 2 years.

Tasting Notes:
This Vintage has a great concentration of colour, with a deep ruby hue. Underlining the complex aroma, primary notes of blackberries and black berries of the forest appear, combined with notes of the vegetation of the surrounding forest. A very striking aromatic profile of this Quinta. Balanced and full-bodied in the tasting, with good natural acidity and round tannins. It has a long finish and great bottle aging capacity.
