This wine was fermented in stainless steel vats with temperature control to guarantee its quality. After fermentation, the wine aged in stainless steel vats for 2 years, allowing it to preserve its natural characteristics. This meticulous process has resulted in a wine that shows the best of its character, with a refined palate and complexity that is sure to please.

Tasting Notes:
Dark red/purple colour. This wine reveals a seductive bouquet full of dark cherry and blue fruit notes. The aromas are intense, pure and clear, exuding the wine's lively, fruity character. Vintage 2021 has firm tannins, typical of a young Vintage Port. These tannins provide structure and grip, indicating the wine's potential for ageing and further development. Flavours of black cherries and blue fruits persist, creating a harmonious and seductive tasting experience.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store in a cool dark place (12-14 º C), in a horizontal position, with minimal vibration. Serve at a temperature of 16 º C. It is advisable to use the same day or up to 3 weeks. May submit deposit in the bottle.
Food Pairing:
Serve with blue cheese (such as Stilton), meat.
