The grapes were trodden by foot and with robotic plungers in the stainless steel mills of our new winery, and fermented with temperature control at 28°C, where disciplined and intense treading is essential for a good final result. Aged for 20 months in the Quinta's cellars, in the demarcated region of the Douro Valley, before bottling. It must mature in the bottle for 8 to 15 years before achieving the complexity and bouquet characteristic of a Vintage.

Tasting Notes:
Intense, lively, fresh and seductive fruit. Extremely elegant and harmonious wine. Reveals intense and complex aromas. Pleasant, delicate, with balanced tannins and high persistence.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at room temperature or slightly chilled (16 to 18°C).
Food Pairing:
Drink as a digestive with cheese, chocolates or alone. Remember to decant the Port wine after it has settled. This will happen after it has been in the bottle for a few years.
