Harvested into 20kg vintage boxes. The grapes were completely destemmed into stainless steel vats and subjected to a cold pre-fermentation maceration for 24 hours. They fermented naturally for three days. After the addition of brandy, the wine aged for one year in a vat and one year in stainless steel.

With an intense, deep ruby colour, almost opaque, this 2018 Vintage presents striking aromas of wild berries and very ripe black fruit. With very present and striking tannins based on a frank acidity clearly characteristic of the Távora Valley. It is a rich and textured wine with great ageing potential.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down. Serve between 16º and 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Dark chocolate desserts, or as a digestive to accompany coffee.
