Product details
Dois Pontos was vinified with grapes from the Monção and Melgaço region, using exclusively the most typical grape variety, Alvarinho. After receiving the grapes, they were pressed directly and the must was then naturally decanted for 24 hours in a stainless steel tank. Fermentation followed in a mixture of 228 L and 500 L French oak barrels, without any temperature control and without the addition of yeasts, fermenting spontaneously. The wine aged for 12 months, without bâtonnage, in the same barrels, with fine lees.
