Manual harvest in a 20 kg box, total destemming, fermentation in stainless steel vats. Aging for 10 months on fine lees, with regular bâtonnage for 6 months. This vintage was aged in bottle for 5 months before labelling and marketing.

Tasting Notes:
Citrus colour. Intrinsic floral aroma of the variety, with some citrus. Rich, full-bodied, with pronounced flavours balanced by excellent freshness.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be opened 30 minutes before consumption and drunk between 8ºC to 12ºC.
Food Pairing:
It goes well with Asian food, salads and seafood.
