Product details

Winemaking:
Manual harvest in 20 kg boxes, with selection on a sorting table. Total stalking with gentle pressing where decantation occurs naturally for 48 hours. Fermentation in stainless steel at 16ºC with stirring of fine lees. Aging in stainless steel until August with bottling after fining and light filtering.
