Wine fermented with red grape varieties whose colour and texture are extracted from the skin and seeds during fermentation and post-fermentation maceration of red wine.

Tinta Roriz,Touriga Nacional
Tasting Notes:
Complex, tense, with black fruit, spices, curry, dry grass, roasted. Austere, full-bodied, with firm tannins well balanced and good dryness, asking for more time in bottle.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
