It presents a citrus yellow colour, with notes of melon, pineapple, grapefruit, white flowers, good acidity, nuances of dried fruit, medium body, unctuous, with a persistent and balanced finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-12°C.
Food Pairing:
Accompanies fish and seafood dishes, but also as an aperitif.
