Fermentation and aging for 9 months with bâtonnage, in French oak barrels.

Antão Vaz

Tasting Notes:
Pale yellow. Full-bodied, with a long and persistent finish. Very elegant, intense and complex, with notes of vanilla from the barrel, peach and apricot.

Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 10/12ºC.
