Winemaking:
After manual harvesting, and transport to the cellar in small boxes (18kg-20kg), the bunches were destemmed, preceded by a light pressing and settling of 48 hours. Staging for 6 months in stainless steel vats.

Floral aroma, with a greenish colour, and very refreshing in the mouth.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-11°C.

Fish dishes (particularly codfish and tuna) as well as white meats and soft cheeses.

Contains sulphites.
