Product details

Winemaking:
Carefully crushed, destemmed and must-chilled to press. Fermented in stainless steel at 12º to 14ºC for 20 days and bottled early to preserve the intense fruit flavours of this grape variety.

Tasting Notes:
Colour mid straw with green edge. Aroma Intense notes of passion fruit and greengage with a hint of lime. Palate Ripe tropical flavours, full palate with a fresh acid finish.

Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-12°C.

Food Pairing:
Good with seafood, grilled fresh fish, white meats and as an aperitif.
