Winemaking:
Fermented in French oak barrels for nine months sur lies with periodic batonnage.

Grape Varieties:
Antão Vaz,Arinto,Viognier

Tasting Notes:
Citrus colour with slight greenish reflections. Aroma with citrus notes, light toast and a mineral touch. The palate is unctuous, with great volume and balanced acidity. Long and elegant end of mouth.

Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 10-12 ºC.

Food Pairing:
Goes well with a plate of fish and grilled white meats.
