The tension of cold nights, the heat of hot days, the stone of poor soils give rise to this example where pear, apricot and notes of orange peel refresh and please the aroma and taste. A wine produced without any intervention either in the vineyard or in the winery and that asks to be tasted calmly and shared with the world.
Store and Serve Advices:
It is recommended to serve the wine chilled, around 10-12ºC.
Food Pairing:
It goes well with fresh seafood, grilled fish, and salads.
