Product details
Cooling the grapes in a cold room for 24 hours at 10ºC. Manual selection on a vibrating sorting table, followed by destemming and crushing. Vacuum pressing, followed by cold settling for 48H. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature for 20 days. The fine lees were kept after fermentation and subjected to bâtonnage for four months.

Tasting Notes:
Greenish and clear colour. Intense aroma of fruit, citrus and fresh. In the mouth it presents a slight mineral suggestion, harmony and a well balance acidity.
Store and Serve Advices:
The ideal service temperature is between 10ºC and 12ºC.

Ideal with fish, seafood, Asian food and white meats.
