Winemaking:
Made from our best selection of Touriga Nacional grapes. The grapes were previously destemmed and underwent a pre-fermentation maceration process at low temperatures for 24 hours. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with temperature control systems between 26º - 28º C for 14 days. Maceration in contact with a submerged blanket for 28 days. Four to six months of aging in oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:
Intense colour and flavour. Notes of flowers and chocolate combine perfectly with the oak. This wine will become more interesting with age, but its structure and rounded tannins make it ready to drink.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 17ºC.
Food Pairing:
It is a gastronomically versatile wine, pairing well with a board of sausages, with cheeses of different cured meats and textures, and also goes well with salads, pasta, pizzas, and grilled, oven-baked or stewed meats.
