Winemaking:
Reception with total destemming and crushing. Use of selected yeasts, fermentation in stainless steel tanks with temperature control at 26 °C.

Grape Varieties:
Touriga Nacional

Tasting Notes:
Garnet colour, aroma of red fruits with hints of chocolate. In the mouth it is full-bodied with well-integrated wood, making it smooth and persistent.

Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18°C.

Food Pairing:
Recommended to accompany cod, meat and cheese dishes.
