Product details

Winemaking:
Pre-fermentative maceration for 48 hours, followed by alcoholic fermentation for 8 days at a temperature of 25ºC. The aging took place in French oak barrels of 225 and 300 liters for 12 months.

Store and Serve Advices:
It should be kept with the bottle in horizontal position at a temperature of 12 º C.. It should be served at a temperature of 15/16 º C.

Perfect with fatty meats and traditional Portuguese cuisine.
