Tasting Notes:
Spicy and menthol aromas typical of the Bordeaux varieties Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, chocolate fruity of the Mediterranean Syrah, and citrus bergamot from Touriga Nacional. Set wrapped by sweet spices and earthy and smoked notes. Elegant mouth, with sucrose revealing and very refreshing and gastronomic extension.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at 16-18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Due to its freshness it harmonizes perfectly with traditional Portuguese food. Perfect with feather hunting.
