Intense ruby. Aroma of ripe fruit, slightly toasted and spicy notes. Enveloping, with very fine and elegant tannins. With excellent acidity and persistent fruit that make it very gastronomic and with great capacity to evolve in the coming years.

Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at a temperature of 16-18ºC.

Food Pairing:
Ideal to accompany game dishes, oven-roasted meats, fatty fish, pasta and intensely flavoured cured cheeses.
