Product details

Winemaking:
The grapes were vinified with a short cold maceration and fermented at a controlled temperature of 26ºC, for 8 days, with a daily "delestage" regime and manual reassembly. Malolactic fermentation took place in stainless steel vats. The wine aged in barrels (50% new) for 12 months, followed by a prolonged aging in the bottle.
