Winemaking:
Grapes are picked by hand and fully destemmed. Then they are slightly crushed and transferred into stainless steel vats where they undergo fermentation at 26º -28ºC during approximately 10 days. Bottled after stage in oak for 4 months followed by stage in bottle.

Tasting Notes:
Lively red colour. Fruity aroma and well structured. With a soft finish, it is very easy to drink.
Store and Serve Advices:
Should be served at 16-18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Goes very well with fish, meat and pasta.
