Tasting Notes:
It features a ruby colour with purple hints. Impressive in aroma, with great finesse and elegance of fruit, subtle floral nuances and well integrated. It is a very elegant wine, with marked tannins but very well framed.
Store and Serve Advices:
Best served at a temperature around 16ºC-18ºC. It can be drunk after bottling but can also age well in the bottle until 15 to 20 years after the date of harvest.
Food Pairing:
This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.

The wines from our rarity zone are stored and air-conditioned in the most correct way so that the wine ages correctly in the bottle, but over time, the wine evolves and changes its characteristics.
We recommend that you carefully remove the cork and let the wine air for some time in order to release its natural aromas. Avoid decanting as it can be a very aggressive operation for old wines.
