Product details
The grapes were vinified separately with a short cold maceration. They fermented at a controlled temperature of 28 ºC for 8 days, with a daily delestage regime and manual pumping over. Malolactic fermentation took place in stainless steel vats. The batches of these wines aged in barrels for 12 months. The final blend was made after a qualitative selection, confirmed by numerous tastings.

Tasting Notes:
Intense red colour. The aroma is complex, with an emphasis on jammy black fruit and notes of spices, cassis and tobacco. The palate shows great balance, lively acidity and elegant tannins that promise good bottle potential. The finish is long and persistent, where the aromatic notes are confirmed.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 16 ºC/ 18 ºC.

Pair with game dishes, red meats and roasts.
