Product details

Winemaking:
The white grapes were pressed in lagares and the must was filled immediately after crushing into old French oak barrels so as not to exceed 80% of their total capacity, where it began its spontaneous fermentation. The red grapes were destemmed with cirandas and fermented with tanning in a wooden vat for 9 days, with manual treading using a wooden roller at least twice a day. At the end of both fermentations, the red must (20%), unpressed and with skins, was filled directly into the barrel that already had the now white wine (80% of the container), in order to complete its filling and finish the fermentations together, obtaining the wine at the end.
