Product details

Winemaking:
Total destemming followed by pre-fermentation maceration at 8ºC. Subsequent fermentation in a wine press at a controlled temperature of 24ºC. Aged in French oak barrels for 24 months. Aged for 12 months in bottle.

Tasting Notes:
Balsamic and black fruit aromas, with spicy and smoky notes. With a good balance between its high structure, body and acidity. Excellent ageing characteristics.

Store and Serve Advices:
Bottles lying horizontally in an airy and dark place, between 12 and 13ºC. Should be served at a temperature of 16 to 17ºC.

Food Pairing:
Meat dishes, spicy fish dishes, cheeses, sausages.

Contains sulphites.
