Total de-stemming. 2 days pre-fermentation maceration. Fermentation at controlled temperature for 15 days. Post-fermentation maceration for 10 days. Aged 10 months in used French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:
Wine with a mild aroma and fruit notes. The palate is soft and smooth with notes of red fruit, vegetable, light tobacco leaf, light floral and spicy notes. Good acidity and light tannins.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Specially suitable for grilled red meat, and cheese.
