Syrah

Tasting Notes:
An expressive Syrah, with a dark plum colour and intense aromas of wild berries, along with discreet chemical notes and a touch of minerality. Elegant the palate, with noticeable balance between fruit and the evident tannins. It reveals a long and distinguished finish.

Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.

Food Pairing:
A bold wine like Quinta do Gradil Syrah can hold up to the intense flavours of slow-roasted barbecue pork. Try spicing this type of meat with pepper and cumin to bring out the fruitiness in the wine. Another way is using Asian cuisine flavours, such as plum sauce, that will add to the fruitiness in the wine. (Vegetarian option: smoked seitan steaks).

Allergens:
Contains sulphites.
