Product details
The grapes were harvested by hand into 15 kg boxes. At the winery, the bunches were manually selected and destemmed, crushed and pressed. After static decantation the must fermented in a stainless steel vat with controlled temperature at 15 °C. Following alcoholic fermentation, the wine completed a period of aging in stainless steel vats, where it naturally stabilized until bottling.

With its clear appearance and greenish tones, this Viosinho from Alentejo has a fresh and elegant nose. It suggests citrus, white pulp fruit and light mineral notes. On the palate the fruit reinforces its presence with lively acidity. The body is full and brings us to a silky and balanced finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve slightly chilled between 10 ° C and 12 ° C.
Food Pairing:
At a gastronomic level, it serves well with grilled fish, cold salads and low-seasoned white meats.
