Lapa dos Gaivões Galego Dourado White 2023

Alentejo
Galego Dourado, a forgotten grape variety. An old grape from the Serra de São Mamede that we've fallen in love with over the years. Easy to handle, it didn't let us down. The aroma enchants us, the structure makes us fall in love. We decided to give it a try and let it sit on its skins for a few days. The explosion of aromas swept us off our feet and its complexity surprised us. We hope it surprises you too.
