Tasting Notes:
Straw yellow colour. Aroma with notes of ripe pear fruit and a slight toastiness that adds layers of complexity. On the palate, the fruit is very well integrated, with vibrant acidity and a long, persistent finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 10-12 ºC.
Food Pairing:
Goes well with a plate of fish and grilled white meats.
