Product details

Winemaking:
Pressing of the entire bunches. The first result of the pressing is then used, as there is no colour extraction yet. 1/3 of the fermentation takes place in stainless steel and then in French oak barrels, where the bâtonnage work is extended for 6 months.

Grape Varieties:
Touriga Franca,Syrah

Minerality very present when you put the glass on the nose, as well as peach and apricot notes. Crunchy acidity, but well balanced by the fruit. Toasted aromas accentuated by the creaminess that the stage gave it, make definitely this white wine a cellar white.

Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 12ºC.

Food Pairing:
It goes well with spicy seafood, light charcuterie, grilled white meats and mature cheeses.
