Winemaking:
The grapes were harvested by hand in the morning so that they arrived at the winery at a good temperature. After crushing and completely destemming the grapes, they were pressed, decanted using a cold system for 24 hours and alcoholic fermentation with temperature control at 16ºC. After long years in storage, it was stabilized and bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Ripe lemon color. Complex dried fruit and orange blossom aroma. Velvety, acidic and persistent taste of citrus fruits with enormous freshness.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 10-12 ºC.
Food Pairing:
Goes well with a plate of fish and grilled white meats.
