Product details

Winemaking:
The best ports are allowed to age for many years in marl oak barrels. This extended time in the barrel ensures that the wines take on soft almond and nutty aromas, losing the intense red color of their youth but gaining immense delicacy, richness and deep intensity of flavor. The word "colheita" means "harvest," as port is used to describe a wine from a single year that has been aged in wood for a minimum of 7 years.

Grape Varieties:
Traditional grape varieties

Food Pairing:
It pairs well with cheese, egg deserts or caramel and chocolate desserts.
