Product details

Winemaking:
The grapes are unloaded into a tourist winery and immediately destemmed, crushed and cooled. They rest for eight hours to extract greater aroma from the shells. After this period, they are pressed, and the must is extracted and clarified by decantation. The must temperature is maintained at 15°C during fermentation.

Tasting Notes:
Crystal clear and slightly straw color. Aroma of mango and passion fruit. In the mouth it is balanced and fresh.

Store and Serve Advices:
It should be consumed immediately at a temperature of 10-12ºC.

This wine is a great accompaniment to gazpacho, grilled or sautéed fish, seafood and sushi.
