The grapes are harvested by hand, early in the morning, into small 15kg boxes, preserving their freshness. Partly fermented in used French oak barrels. The rest ferments at a controlled temperature in stainless steel vats.

Tasting Notes:
Well-defined colour with slight greenish tones. Citrus aroma, exotic fruits and elegant spicy notes. Complex flavour, where the structure is perfectly combined with a mineral freshness of great elegance.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-11°C.
Food Pairing:
Good with seafood, grilled fresh fish, white meats and as an aperitif.

Contains sulphites.
