This DO Pico 10 Years, composed of wines lost in cellars and inspired by ancient texts, hopes to contribute to the recovery of what was one of the most important and fascinating wines in Portugal... and perhaps in the world.

Tasting Notes:
Crystalline amber golden color, very intense nose, notes of sea, iodine, salt clearly showing where it comes from, combined with aromas of candied orange, orange peel, expression of Azorean grape varieties, all wrapped in the warm aromas of the oxidative aging of toffee, raisins , roasted almond, coffee bean. Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at 14ºC.

Food Pairing:
Pairs well at the beginning of a meal, a classic pairing with foie gras. In a cheese dish, it pairs well with hard cheeses, preferably with some aging. At the end of the meal with not-too-sweet desserts in which the theme of nuts, raisins, toffee and oranges is present.
