Product details

Winemaking:
Total stripping. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks, temperature controlled to 26 / 27ºC. Set for 8 months in stainless steel vats.

Grape Varieties:
Arinto,Antão Vaz

Tasting Notes:
Fruity and fresh aroma. Harmonious palate, fresh finish and mineral.

Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 16-18°C.

Food Pairing:
Enjoy with well flavoured dishes of either red or more elaborately prepared white meats. A wine that can accompany both traditional or modern cuisine.
