The grapes were hand-picked and transported to our winery, where the transformation process began with total destemming and smooth crushing, followed by fermentation in stainless steel under controlled temperature for 25 days. Partially aged in oak cask and 3 month “sur lies”.

Tasting Notes:
Wine with a bright, clear citrus colour. It’s aroma presents floral and tropical fruit traces. In mouth the complexity of Antão Vaz predominates which gives it freshness and intensity. A wine that reflects the genuine “terroir” of birth.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-11°C.
Food Pairing:
Good with seafood, grilled fresh fish, white meats and as an aperitif.

Contains sulphites.
