Winemaking:
This wine fermented with full skin contact for about two months in a clay amphora. It then continued to age in clay, skinless, for another four months. It was then briefly aged in 500L French oak barrels for about three months, from where it was bottled directly.

Tasting Notes:
Yellow, golden, and bright. The aroma is marked by a rich aromatic complexity: dried flowers, beeswax, and notes of dried apricot, spices, and earthiness. The palate is broad and tense, with good volume and structure. Rich, firm, and growing acidity. A long, saline finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at 10/12ºC.
Food Pairing:
Good with seafood, grilled fresh fish, white meats and as an appetizer.
