Winemaking:
Pressing with total destemming, followed by cooling and decanting at 12ºC. The fermentation of the clean wort took place in small stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16ºC, in order to preserve all the aromas and freshness.

Cerceal,Bical,Encruzado
Tasting Notes:
Yellowish-green colour. Aromas with tropical, floral and citric notes. In the mouth it has a good acidity and a refreshing finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Should be served at 8° – 10°C.
Food Pairing:
It goes well with seafood and light dishes.

Contains sulphites.
