Winemaking:
A Regional Alentejo wine, made from Aragonez, Cabernet Sauvignon, Alicante Bouchet and Touriga Nacional grape varieties with pre-fermentative maceration at low temperatures and fermentation in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature. Aged for 8 to 10 months in used French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:
Elegant, creamy and complex in the mouth. Intense garnet colour. It presents aromas of black fruit and jam with hints of spices.
Store and Serve Advices:
Should be served at a temperature of 16ºC.

It accompanies intense cheeses, smoked ham and sausages, game meats and spicy meals.
