The grapes are selected on the sorting table, destemmed, and then the maceration takes place. The fermentation is carried out in controlled temperature in stainless steel vats and “Lagares”.

Tasting Notes:
Clear wine, deep red cherry, aromas of plum, fig, cedar, chocolate, pepper and smoked notes. Complex, structured, full, toasted oak barrel, balanced tannins and long finish, revealing the full potential care and aging.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 16-18ºC. Decantation is recommended.

Pairs with red meat and game, strong cheeses and spicy sausages.
