Tasting Notes:
Pale citrus and bright in colour: It has an aroma of green apple, passion fruit and white flowers. Balanced acidity on the palate and an enveloping sensation of minerality.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve slightly chilled between 11ºC and 12ºC.
Food Pairing:
Ideal accompaniment for all kinds of fish, shellfish, white meat and vegetables.
