Product details

Winemaking:
Slight cold skin contact, pressing and exhaustion. Fermentation at 15/16 º C. Staging for 3 months in stainless steel vats and 1 month in bottle.

Grape Varieties:
Malvasia Fina,Cerceal,Fernão Pires,Viosinho

Tasting Notes:
colour citrus. Fresh and fruity aroma, citrus and mineral notes, good acidity. Final persistent, soft and fresh mouth.

Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 8 to 10º C.

Food Pairing:
Goes well with several hors-oeuvres, white meats and seafood dishes.
