Winemaking:
Upon arrival at the winery, the grapes are carefully selected. After de-stemming and crushing, the grapes undergo cold maceration for twelve hours and are then pressed. Alcoholic fermentation follows at a controlled temperature, between 14 and 16ºC. Aging in stainless steel tank with fine lees in suspension, and 25% aged for four months in second and third year French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:
Citrus yellow colour, with an intense aroma of lime and tangerine and light notes of fresh herbs such as anise and mint. In the mouth it is very fresh, very fine acidity and balanced with the fruit surrounded by light smoky notes. It finishes very long, with freshness dominating.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-11°C.
Food Pairing:
Good with seafood, grilled fresh fish, white meats and as an aperitif.
