Winemaking:
After careful selection bunch by bunch, the must was decanted at a low temperature and vinified at 16ºC for 15 days. Bottled in April, it was stabilised and subjected to clarifying filtration.

Tasting Notes:
The aroma is floral and citrus, with some mineral notes. On the palate it's fruity, with good acidity and unctuousness, good volume, full and pleasant.
Store and Serve Advices:
Should be served at 6 to 8ºC.
Food Pairing:
Enjoy this wine with grilled fish, seafood and light meals.
