Grapes in a perfect state of ripeness, with impeccable balances between alcohol, sugar and acidity. The proximity of the winery to the vineyards, the gentle pressing and the low fermentation temperatures help to make a seductive wine. Fermentation in stainless steel vats and lagares with foot treading and temperature control. Ageing in French oak.

Tasting Notes:
Compact ruby red colour. Aroma of ripe fruit and spices with slight barrel notes. Good volume in the mouth with fine but powerful tannins, ensuring a long and elegant finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Enjoy with well flavoured dishes of either red or more elaborately prepared white meats. A wine that can accompany both traditional or modern cuisine.
