Manual harvest. Complete destemming followed by light pressing. Cold static decantation for 48h. Fermentation of 50% of the batch in 400l French oak barrels, with batonnage for 7 months. The remaining 50% fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature and underwent batonnage with the fine lees for 7 months.

Tasting Notes:
Citrine in color. Deep, sober aroma, evolving in the glass with hints of wild flowers and lots of minerality. In the mouth, the fruitiest character stands out, with lemon, lime and white fruit. It ends vibrantly, tensely and with class.

Recommended consumption temperature 8ºC to 10ºC.
