The Arinto grapes are hand-harvested on August 30th and the Rabigato on September 6th. After 24 hours of cold maceration, fermentation takes place in 500-liter French oak barrels for the Arinto and in 300-liter Portuguese oak barrels for the Rabigato. The wines are aged for 9 months on their lees.

Symbolized by the 'House', the joy of returning each time, the support each vine found in the Estremoz schist, the aroma and flavour carried in each bottle.
